- payment must be sent within 24 hours of sending payment info and before I start/share your finished commission; failure in this could result in losing your commission slot in the queue- please ask if you need to do a payment plan; payment plans vary on a case-by-case basis- I do not accept refunds, unless I need to cancel a commission for whatever reason- I can decline a commission offer for whatever reason, which does not have to be specified to you- if a chargeback without any reason or warning is initiated, I will blacklist and send out a public warning without further discussion, as well as a report sent through the payment provider☆- I will only accept commissions of characters that have toyhou.se profiles with proper visual references to ensure that I can somehow keep track of my work and understand what you'd like me to draw (no written descriptions please!)
- I'm willing to assist in getting you a toyhou.se code if needed- turn-around-time (TAT) will vary during time of year and personal life circumstances. if you require a specific TAT, please ask before I accept your commission! TAT will typically not be over 30 days (1 month).- I strive to give you verbal updates on my progress on your commission. at most, I only send visual updates during the sketching stage. please do not expect me to always send you visual updates.- I usually will not make any changes to your commission unless I have made a mistake in the design of the character, I will not do drastic changes such as (but not limited to) character changes, concept of the finished product changes, etc.
- You are welcome to ask for slight adjustments after I send the sketch; your sketch will not be continued to be worked on until I recieve your approval- if you are blocked by me somewhere, you are not welcome to commission me through anywhere (including asking someone else to commission me on behalf of the blocked user). please respect this, as I would prefer not to associate or stir any sort of drama☆unsure if I am able to draw your character/draw your inquiry? dm me!☆
